Owner Patrick Ambrosio is a highly experienced cheese professional, having worked for many years for leading specialty grocers on both coasts. He has also consulted for a number of cheese shops and specialty markets in the New York metropolitan area.
Patrick is also a former professional chef, and an alumni of the French Culinary Institute (now known as the International Culinary Center) in lower Manhattan.
Our mission is to provide you with premium quality cheese and other selected specialty foods. We offer imported, domestic, and local artisan and farmstead cheeses, as well as handcrafted salumi, olives, pâtés and more.
Le Bon Fromage is located within the Crushed Olive in Huntington Village, a fellow retailer of quality and distinction offering a world of olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and other unique foods.
